  1. I think the work I produced here for my print are successful, i plan to use the effect of repeated folding the fabric for the neck piece area of my shirt. As i have such an unusual print, i think seeing only parts of it would avoid the awkward question of 'what is it?'
    The pleating represents the ridges of the neck coils the burma women wear in their culture. If the project wasnt for mass production then i would have liked to have made the neck piece with actual metal inside creating more shape and definition.

  2. I prefer the samples that are pleated diagonally, i think they create a better shape and show the print a bit more edgy, but I also like the samples folded width ways as you can almost see what the print may possibly look like if it was the full image.
